This is Delta no. 1343872. This is the cutterhead pulley for the Delta 22-540 type 1 and 2 12" portable planers and the TP300 planer. These have a way of coming loose and rattling. If they aren't tightened right away they wallow out the aluminum pulley and it's time for a new one. They're easy to change and your machine will run much quieter.
